Culver’s — Restaurant in Waupun

The service has been declining over the past year or so…. Young employees at the drive thru who act like you’re an inconvenience. We had the wrong order brought to our car- when I tried to get the employee’s attention, he walked off. There was a second employee wandering back and forth with our food and we were able to wave him down. It just seems like it’s turned into a hangout spot for teenage employees to jack around, rather than do their jobs and take care of customers. There’s also an older manager who always seems to be in a bad mood. It’s a shame because the food is always fresh and prepared well. Work on your customer...

This Culver's is a complete and total letdown. Every time we've ordered from here over the last couple of years, they forget something. Without fail! They forget sides, sauces, burgers, drinks, dressings, everything! My wife calls, and she's offered some kind of coupon, and she gives her name and address... and we have never received this coupon. Also, the quality can be atrocious. Burnt bacon on salads, hair in Wisconsin melts, expired broccoli with your Salisbury steak dinner, sloppily thrown together bacon deluxes with patties cooked on an obviously dirty flat top. Go to Beaver Dam, or FDL. Skip...

Out of all of the culvers I have been to this one has been the best by far. I was unable to get the meal I had wanted because on the walk there i had lost some of my money. The worker who helped me covered the dollar I was short in order for me to get exactly what i wanted. Very friendly service and very clean environment. Everyone was happy to be working and had smiles. I also liked that they had an area for me to tie my dog out so i was able to walk with him and eat with him on the property. I suggest stopping in if you are in waupun and want a nice family...
