Hands down the best smoked bbq we've ever had. Madeline's Smokehouse catered our daughter's wedding reception. My wife got me one of everything on the menu i feel like. The pork belly bites literally melt in your mouth. They were soo good. The baked beans were the best I have had all year. Madeline is a bright business girl with AMAZING bbq. I stopped and got one of all the recommendations from her and her dad Alan. Frito Pie was filled with salty frito crunch, chopped saucy brisket, beans, cheesy mac, coleslaw and jalapeño… consumed the whole thing in the car!
