Disappointing Experience at Great Clips in Wayland I recently visited the Great Clips and had a very frustrating experience. Lack of System: The salon operates without appointments, which is fine, but there was no clear queue or indication of wait times. I was told there were people ahead of me, but it was unclear if they were even present. Skipped in Line: I witnessed several people who arrived after me being served before me, despite not being in the lobby when I arrived. Uncomfortable Questioning: I requested a bald haircut and was met with unnecessary questioning about my reasons for wanting it. I felt uncomfortable and pressured. Rushed and Sloppy Service: The stylist rushed through the haircut, resulting in an uneven and sloppy result. Im not sure if no one knows how to do a basic men's haircut with short sides any more, but none of them have been able to do it correctly there is always a noticeable line. It usually ends with me asking them to fix it two or three times and they attempt to fix it but just make it look worse.
