Abbey is undeniably the best stylist ive ever gone to. Ive tried a lot of places and have never been fully satisfied with the end result but i can truly say i will continue to go to her and follow her around wherever say may go for a cut and color. She does exactly what i ask and will confirm everything with me before cutting or coloring to ensure i get exactly what i want. Beyond that, ive always had black hair and im currently having her bleach it to give me a balayaged look. Its a process and she warned me it would be because she wants to do it in a way to keep my hair as healthy as possible. Its looking soooo good, ive had numerous compliments from so many people. I bought the "unlimited" Tanning package. Customer day 2, I'm running late for work, so I do 20 min in the 30-min bed and come back after work to finish my 30 min. I'm told I am only allowed to tan once a day (why is the package "unlimited"?). I come in the next day, lady (middle-aged, blonde, overweight) perseverates on me only tanning once a day (ok, I get it! Understood yesterday!!).. My daughter went here to get her haircut and they rushed through it and it turned out very uneven. Her hair is extremely thick too and they didn't offer to thin it or if we liked it or anything she said OK thanks have a good day basically pushed us out of the door. Will not go again.
