Dear Burger King Wayland,
If someone orders large fries, they probably want large fries. They probably don't want a large fry container filled with onion rings, with a couple fries shoved on top.
Also, (maybe this is intentional, but) the number of free burgers we end up with from you guys is astounding. I am referring of course to you telling us to just keep the many, many incorrectly made burgers you've given us, while then making our order correctly. Don't get me wrong, this is a nice consolation for the drive through taking twice as long as it normally should.
Free burgers are probably the only reason we still come to your location, since we know we will get the right burgers either way (whether which much effort or on the first try), and get extra burgers for our often wasted time. But (and I'm just guessing here) I'd imagine you could have paid for a new order screen (since yours has been broken as long as we've been coming to this location) with all the free food you give away. Just thinking that may help reduce the number of orders you get wrong?
A new screen wouldn't have helped tonight though, since the order was correct on our receipt. That one must clearly just be someone not reading tickets.

Read moreThe worse meal I've ever had. Started out they never said anything before we ordered. But they had no ice for the drinks. They had the food on a tray before we tried to fill our cups. That made me wonder how long it had been setting there. They said the ice machine was broken. I asked why they didn't go to the gas station for bags of ice. It was within walking distance. Just got a stupid look from the manager. So we had kind of cool pop. Our burgers were pee worm, very dry and rubbery. And the fries were like cold card board. We threw it in the trash and left. I haven't been in burger king for years sense they were cooked on a chain conveyor over flames. They were fast, fresh, and hot. So much for progress. So much for precooked meat warmed in toaster ovens. Or staff that need pictures on the register because they can't read or count change. Let alone care about their work. Its only a paycheck. Read moreWent through the drive thru today. There were only 2 cars in front of us. We sat in line for a total of 22 minutes before we got our turn to pay and get our food ( all done at the same window ). What made our visit even worse was the fact that the whopper we received was missing 1/2 of the meat. It literally looked like someone ripped the patty in half and gave 1/2 to us and 1/2 to someone else ( or ate it themselves ). That never should have been served to a customer. I really felt bad for the 7 cars that pulled into the drive thru behind us. They must have had to wait in line an hour. The whole visit was a huge shock for us, we have been to that same Burger King about 2 months ago and it was a completely wonderful.
