Terrible experience. Tried to use 2 âfree brewâ coupons I got in the mail. When I reached the window, I was told I couldnât get the cold brews because they âwerenât considered brewedâ and that âthe coupon is just worded weirdâ. The girl who took my order then proceeded to say âIâm not sure what to do for you guysâ and just stood there. I politely said âyou can just switch the coffee outâ. It became an inconvenience when I was then upcharged for syrup, so the drink isnât actually âfreeâ anymore and they forgot the cold foam on the 2nd coffee. So I go back through the drive thru and explain that there wasnât sweet foam on one of the coffees and the girl goes âoh yea we just didnât add that because itâs a $2 upcharge and we didnât think youâd wanna pay thatâ. The whole conversation I had with this girl just seemed very off and left a bad taste in my mouth. I guess I wouldâve been more understanding due to the wording on the couponsâ it was very misleading. Now Iâm stuck with coffees that taste super watered down and these coffees arenât even worth the upcharge for the syrups. Itâs unfortunate that the customer service...
   Read moreI tried to give this Biggby several shots but this place is terrible!! Short hand (not blaming the one's that tried to stay) Management was terrible from what I heard. I can't say that I ever seen them because they didn't want to come in and help these two wonderful workers that tried very hard to keep up. Line's out to the road, line out the door and no management (upper or lower) would come in to help. I was standing there when she made the call. One of them said just shut it down and go homeđ¤Śđźââď¸. The other said they doubt they could make it in. That's some team work you have going on!𤨠I absolutely love coffee and loved Biggby. Corporate if you want to stay in business don't run your store's like the one in Wayland, MI. I work in customer service and it truly is one of the hardest jobs out there. When you have management and higher not listening, helping or act like they care. The job is so much worse! P.S. This Biggby is ALWAYS running out...

She refused to make my order with almond milk and was very rude in regards to her customer service and also messed up another drink that was a part of that order. So that put my faith in Biggby to the lowest point to the point I refuse to go back to any of them. The one in Wayland, when I describe my situation of how badly the other situation had been, was asked the same question that I asked the Plainwell location... and she said that there was no problems with it being in with almond milk and it came out fantastic!
