I called tonight to ask about the hours of operation of the new store. Whoever I spoke to was very short and rude with me. I called at 8:25 pm and asked how late the new store was open until. He said he'd have to check and I said I'd wait. I could hear he was helping someone, no big deal. He got back on the line and said they would be closing "around 9". I don't mind the dirty hippie vibe of the store, but I do expect the staff to be friendly and that kills it for me. I...
