Westside Glass Emporium — Local services in Wayne Township

I called tonight to ask about the hours of operation of the new store. Whoever I spoke to was very short and rude with me. I called at 8:25 pm and asked how late the new store was open until. He said he'd have to check and I said I'd wait. I could hear he was helping someone, no big deal. He got back on the line and said they would be closing "around 9". I said "Okay.." and laughed a little and followed up with, "what exactly is around 9? Cause I'm walking over there and don't want it to be closed when I get there?" His voice changed and sounded annoyed that I asked for clarification. He replied with "IDK like 8:50 or 8:40, somewhere AROUND 9!" So I hung up on him and proceeded to head there. As I'm walking I notice it thundering and lightning outside so thought I'd better hustle. I got there at 8:35 and the lights were off and the doors were locked. This is my third visit to this store. The first time the lady was exceptionally happy and friendly. The other two times she was a bit crabby and lacking interpersonal skills. They have a larger selection of incense than most anywhere. They have a good selection of glass but a lot of it could use a good dusting. The pricing seems very random - I saw the exact same piece in buckets marked 2.99, 7.99 and 12.99. I don't mind the dirty hippie vibe of the store, but I do expect the staff to be friendly and that kills it for me. I...

They should start greeting customers the store was lacking in supply but I'm sure it's just something with the world right now although it doesn't account for the lack in customer service I feel this is becoming more normal as no one is upselling or greeting customers anymore , I think more people are working because they have to not because they love to it's a great time to start to look at your jobs as a pleasure to have as a thing to be...
