Our server was amazing, that’s the only reason for the 2 stars. This west location for Attic is a joke. The service is good. But that manager on duty was rude. I ordered the Alfredo as I liked it at the east side location and loved it over there. But we live closest to the west side location so decided to try it. Their Alfredo with “garlic Alfredo sauce” was just plain heavy cream with no seasoning. I nicely asked the waitress if they could remake it or add more cheese to the sauce and the manager brought my food back out and angrily told me that having them remake it wouldn’t change it as that’s how the sauce is. I’m a cook and make everything from scratch, I guarantee they didn’t add any garlic or cheese to the sauce. So not only did she refuse to remake it or offer me anything else in return, she insulted my intelligence. I ended up telling her never mind and they removed it from the tab. We love the east side location because their Alfredo is actually seasoned and good. So not only did we have to leave without one person of the party eating, but we had to drive clear across town to Attic East so I could get something to eat. Do not recommend...

We got takeout here a few days ago. Sidewinder fries were cooked perfectly but had zero seasoning - they try to upsell the dips for this reason i guess. I wish we had gotten the attic fries because it seems like they at least have ranch powder.

The burgers were good but as the other reviews state, this place definitely undercooks their burger by at least one full level by american standards. If you want a medium burger, order it VERY well done. I ordered medium well and it came out medium rare which was just at the threshold of edible for me. I would have enjoyed it a lot more if it had been cooked the way I wanted.

People working there are nice but I just don't understand how many more reviews they need to collect which say the exact same thing about undercooked burgers before they adjust their cooking/checking for doneness protocol.

Also, the online ordering page needs to allow you a place to specify how well you want it cooked. There is literally no place in the entire order page where you can specify this . So if you do want to order online be prepared that it will be cooked to their standard of medium; which is raw beef for...
