Placed an online order. See I was charged Ohio state sales tax. Call business. Smug guy who answers phone assures me that this is normal now and assures me he will get my fabric out in today's mail. Three regular business days go by. No tracking information. Log into account. Order placed on hold. Email business during weekday. No response. Call business. Scatterbrained lady hands me an inarticulate, lame excuse about how their website is quirky like that and 17 other orders are listed exactly the same, not to worry, I'm sure you will be getting it very soon. I have automatic notifications for shipment on 4 different platforms: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Nothing coming from southern Ohio. Nada. Will give it until next Monday and I'm calling the Ohio attorney general, BBB, and filing a dispute with my credit card company!

UPDATE: Got a hostile phone call from the owner claiming personal attacks were made in this post. She said she was shocked and had been shrt staffed due to influenza and was also running the sales floor. I explained as a customer, communication is key and simply arbitrarily chosing not to communicate with your customer who placed an order is unreasonable and her accusations against me supposedly making personal attacks on her and the fellow who answered the phone is utterly ludacris! I told her I never made comments of a racist, gender biased, or any other personal nature I simply made a comment based on observation of their behavior towards me and this whole idiotic situation. I told her that my feelings are not an isolated situation but typical of comments by others who actually do go into her establishment.
