I wish I could give them zero stars. First Iāve had my washer and dryer break three times and weāve had to fix it each time cause they will not come to service it. Our fridge twice. Weāll finally this last time out washer broke for good and after bugging them we finally had someone come look at it. So I leave work and come home the day there suppose to come. I call and make sure they are coming and they said yes loading up now. Two hours later I call back and they say oh weāre not coming today itāll be in two days. Finally they show up and They say that it to be taken in and theyāll bring us a loaner in a few days. Well a few days later no loaner so we call and they say oh we donāt have any right now youāll have to wait. And we ask how long and they donāt know. So after a few more days we finally say forget it. I almost have this thing paid off and Iāve current on payments never late. But I go and get a new set somewhere else and call and tell them to come and get it and cancel my account. Well they donāt show up and I had two charges today. So I call and they lady there was so rude. She hung up on me and told me I donāt need to have a attitude or sheāll hang up again. Yes I might have been a little attitude ish but i wasnāt cussing I wasnāt yelling I was just irritated that all this was happening and she literally just told me no your wrong so yes I was upset but never disrespectful so after being hung up on twice I ask for corporates number she said you can look it up Iām not giving it to you then she refused to tell me her name. She then hung up and every time I tried to call back she would pick up the phone and then hang up immediately. This place is unprofessional and rude. She told me she was the manager and could act however she wanted too. Do not do business with this. RAC is so much more professional and all around better. These people have acted this way before. When my fridge went out I had a lady tell me that they were coming then when I called back to see where she said oh they donāt have time for you today itāll be two weeks and when I said I didnāt wanna make a payment if it wasnāt working she said then maāam we wonāt be coming out. Hung up. And I never heard back I just paid it and fixed it myself. This place really is horrible and I will never do business with them again I hope this will help someone to not make the decision of giving them...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could I'd get negative stars for this place, a TV, washer and dryer, couch, and fridge the TV broke and had been getting serviced for over 3 months when I would get told it's going to take 2 weeks and then we get phone calls from one of the workers around 10:00 p.m. saying my washer can be picked up in the morning so we waste the gas to drive to town to get it and we get told no one has told us our washer is there even when we show the proof that we got the phone call and then we get a refrigerator from them and it's missing the plug-in so we returned that and we get a loaner so we're still paying on the brand new fridge that was broken and they tell us we can just start making payments on the loaner because the broken fridge was non-repairable then about 2 weeks ago we found out that we're still paying for the brand new one then we tell them please put the extra payments that we've been paying on this fridge go towards something else on our account and we get told it's not possible and that there's nothing they can do and then we finally get word about the washer and we go up there and they tell us they couldn't repair it just to get a new one and we have to restart payments and the money that we were paying toward the washer that was being is no longer available to be used but then when we try to get a new washer they tell us we have to make a $380 payment first because we've been late that we haven't paid since July I used to think highly of this place but then my family member reminded me of what happened to them when they rented from Aaron's in Texas that they pulled the mattress protector off of it and the mattress was completely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent in and ordered a refrigerator. I was told that it would be ordered that day, and would be on the truck and at the store on the 20th, then delivered to me on the 23rd. I called the store on the 20th to see if my refrigerator. I was told it was not. The employee that I spoke with did not know anything about my order, and supposedly did not work with the orders. I asked to speak with the manager and was told they were not in the building. I told him that I would call them back because I was at work. Within 3 mins the manager called me and started screaming at me about yelling at her employee. Once again I was at work so that didn't happen. I could not get a word in to ask about my options. Every time I said something she would start screaming at me again, then hung up on me. I called back immediately and low and behold she was out of the building again. I told the employee that answered the phone to cancel my order and to have a Merry Christmas. Bad business, bad attitude, and horrible customer service. My one question is, Don't they work on commission? If so Aaron's is out over $3000. and no commission for her. Will NEVER go...
