So we’ve come here many times now and I can confidently say that about 5/10 times they can get the order correct. Somehow I just end up with a plain white mocha.. totally not what I ordered.
For the price of these drinks I’d like to see some standards. How many baristas does it take to still make the wrong drink?💡
The barista taking our order shorted us on our change today as well. ‼️{If you pay with cash make sure they count your change back to you or you count your change before walking away from the counter!}‼️
They were getting busy behind us by the time we got to the table with our change and noticed the shortage so we didn’t want to make a fuss, but for how pricey the drinks are already, your barista shorting us today was not cool.😠
When handed the drinks the barista said the wrong drink name, “white mocha” of course and when I corrected her and asked about the M&Ms she then was like “oh yeah, it’s a M&M white mocha, that’s what it is.” and started walking away.

Anyways, we are now looking for a new alternative coffee spot that has standards.

The cashier was nice enough, although he seemed to be ‘somewhere else’ while taking our order and was almost giggling to himself at one point. The drinks were made decently quick, had time to walk around and check out the place for a few minutes.
Our drinks were handed to us by a different employee but we had to go back up to her and ask which drink was which since we hadn’t been here before and didn’t know who’s was who’s.😅

Read moreLet me preface this by saying that I enjoy their products and have gotten good service when I went in several times. That's what the second star is for. But over several visits made by my teenage niece recently, the service she has received was awful. I have a booth at the farmer's market just a one minute walk away, so she goes over and gets us both some beverages every Saturday morning. The cups they have for hot drinks are supposed to be insulated, and they told her they don't have cardboard sleeves. But she had great difficulty carrying it because the heat does come through. It was too hot for me to hold for more than about half a minute. So last week I gave her my travel mug and she asked them to pour my coffee into it from their cup so she could carry it without getting burned. They refused. So now she has 3 cups to carry, one of them hot. She requested a drink carrier, and the response was, "Do you REALLY need one?" Reportedly said with great attitude. She said yes,because I told her to. They reluctantly gave her one. I have tried to call the restaurant multiple times to speak with someone about it, but they never answer the phone. Read moreI have been to this location fairly frequently because of one specific drink that I like. Their customer service and attitudes in general are pretty terrible most of the time. Their food is also not that great, and whenever I've asked for their bagel to be extra toasted, they simply warm it up with zero actual toasting. Recently I took my mom there when she was visiting from out of town, and the manager who took our order was incredibly rude. The entire interaction with her she treated us like we were an annoyance and was very impatient.
