This is AT&T has got to be the worst in the State of Oklahoma. A few years ago, I purchased a screen protector. I was told if it cracks, bring it in and we will replace it for a small fee. I have done that two times. I had to buy a new I phone 15 pro and replaced the screen protector. I recently cracked the screen protector and went in to get a new one.. Hold up, this one is now discontinued so you will need to pay $45 and then the next time it cracks, it will be cheaper. The manager kept getting locked out of her screen and had to wait 10-15 minutes to get unlocked. Then she said that I bought the other brand the last time, not the factory one. She was going to give me the discounted price, but her computer was dead again and couldn't accept cash, I would have to wait 15 more minutes after sitting there for almost 30 minutes. Each time we go in there, they always say, let me see if I can lower your bill, so they act like they are looking for your discount, oh I have to wait for my manager to get into her computer, she is currently looked out.    Read more12/9/20, we went in asking for a lot. My husband and I both needed new phones. We were switching our plan to include two plans. One was going to be a first responder plan and then we were switching my line to its own plan and adding a number for our daughter. We got two new phones, a new number on my old phone for our daughter, and an Apple watch to go with my husband's iPhone. All that, plus the line changes and transferring data from old to new phones, took us over 3 hours. During this whole time, we had two kids with us, 12 and 7, who were driving everyone nuts. But. Oz was absolutely amazing. He was super efficient, patient, kind, helpful, and understanding. We called the bank, and they reported more than enough money in the account to cover the check. I phoned 611 on my cell phone and spoke with a service personnel who told me and your store manager that AT&T no longer accepted checks at the stores! Aaro at the Weatherford said, 'I just put a check through yesterday". I don't know why a business as big as AT &T would do something like this! What a farce!
