Very nice to work with initially and quick to "promise the moon" in order to get my business. The pricing is great, they are about half of what I was previously paying. I went over everything multiple times with them to make sure that I could get internet and everything would handle correctly. I work from home and am online all day for my business. Ever since the second week we had this internet I have had to call almost every day because it does not work and now they have not even answered my calls and do not call me back when I leave a message. Hard to do business with someone who does not answer the phone. I hate that it did not work out because I am happy to support local businesses, but in this instance I would not...

At the beginning they are very nice. And will come out and help if you ever have problems. Then after you reach a point of being an established customer the service will just disappear. You call to pay your bill and leave a voicemail. Never get a call back. Your internet won’t work half the time anyway. You call or go by to tell them that and they will look it up and say “on our end it says it has been working except for that 6 hour span in the middle of the day... but it’s working now.” And that’s about as far as that goes. I didn't want to give one star. He kept my phone for months on months giving me the run around, finally said he had never actually filed my phone and lost it. That he had found it buried in his office and that it had gotten so hot the battery swelled and pushed out of the phone. He replaced the screen which is what I had taken it in for. Charged me almost $200 and after 6 months I finally got it back. Battery won't charge now,not taking it back to him to fix and try to make right because I can't wait another 6 months for him to mess something else up. Only phone repair in town but I'd strongly recommend shipping it or driving it somewhere else. Will never use this guy again ...Chris Hudson...
