i do not write negative reviews but this is something i can't help but share.. i was there with my grandma and daughter just looking around- my daughter found a doll she loved instantly, all throughout the store singing how she has been hoping for this specific doll(it wasn't much but it was exciting for her) - then we get to the counter to pay for this doll and this angry looking woman (named fran) took the doll and said there was not a price on the doll and therefore she could not have the doll- put it under the counter - no apology - nothing - i said no, that makes zero sense considering i have never heard of such a policy at goodwill and you can pick any doll and see the price and make this one the same. she said absolutely not- it's against their new policy. i asked to speak to a manager she lied and said there was no manager there. i said then i want to speak to someone else- she said that's not possible- i said so youre the only one working here today? she said no- so i again asked she call for someone else so i can speak with them. (my daughter is panicking asking me if she can get the doll or not over and over) fran finally calls the back and to her surprise (yeah right) there was a manager - she came up said some dumb excuse about store policy because people switch stickers - like wtf? i'm saying go look at the other dolls and pick the highest price for all i care? she had to think of it and then reluctantly agreed to sell the doll worth .50 for $3 so my daughter could be happy- no apology no smile nothing- just this mean lady fran and this annoyed manager. i will never go back to this place and if anyone ever asks me about it i will tell them they are the worst goodwill i have ever been to. would give this place negative...
   Read moreI’ve gone to this location now three separate times trying to buy a basket. The first time they told me they could not sell it to me because there was no sticker… this is frustrating in itself. I offered $10 for the basket I knew would be under $5 and was refused. They said it had to be reprocessed and would take 24 hours- all good. I’ve come back twice now with no avail and no information can be given to me by any of the staff . Very frustrating process and I would not care other than the basket was going to be used for a friends baby shower and before they refused the sale i had a nice conversation with the counter girl about this only for her to not be able to help me whatsoever. I’ve never left a bad review in my life but this situation is the opposite of hospitality and good...
   Read moreI've stopped in this store a few times since it's opening. Haven't left with anything yet. Prices are way to high. Old CD case with nothing in it and a broken zipper. $3.50. Amazon gaming controller for $30. Amazon sells the controller for $24.99. Candle from Target for $6. Target sells for $5. All their electronics are through the roof. All the "Higher End" stuff is behind a counter off to the side so you can't even see anything, and you have to stand in front of everyone trying to check out waiting for someone to come over to show you anything, but the glass case on the other end sits fairly empty. Only thing I can say is it's pretty organized, but I imagine that's because nothing really moves around on the shelves. This last time I stopped in will most likely be my last for...
