Equipment is outdated and malfunctions repeatedly. It's best not to rent a lane by the hour as it takes longer than that to play one game (ball return didn't work, pins wouldn't reset, wouldn't recognize pins were knocked over).

Snack bar is a joke. If you're fortunate enough to find the employee working, they will (after a very long time) quietly slide your food onto the counter and do everything in their power not to let anyone (including you) know it's there. If you're lucky, the employee remembers who ordered it and when you finally break down and ask where your food is they might point it out on the counter. In our experience, the guy working the snack bar apparently forgot who ordered the food nearly the moment he started making it.

All that said, if you're bored and want to go smack down a few pins by yourself or in a small group (4 or less), this place will do the trick. Albeit, only in the way a "hole in the wall" kinda place can do, but don't expect anything more and be sure to eat before you go. Called ahead and asked if there was gonna be room to have 10 people for my nephew bday, didnt want the whole birthday package just want close family and a little cake after wards. Was told it was ok and then upon arrival was told we were not allowed to bring in outside food, we tried to explain we called ahead and was told it was fine. The man continued to be rude and make comments that were not professional, not a family place anymore. Where is marty..... oh and our lane was down for a legit 10 mins and it counted towards our hour we bought we had two frames left on our first game, i found that a bit cheap the guy didnt even offer to let is finish our game we would have had the place been better maintained........

McKinley Lanes is where I grew up learning how to bowl. We were there for my daughters 7th birthday party 🎉 🥳 and it was a great time. We had cosmic bowling and we got awesome service for what we paid for. They made sure the kids had so much fun. I'd definitely recommend having your kids birthday party 🎉 there for cosmic bowling 🎳.
