Went for the first time to free skate inattentive staff allow kids to fall all over the place on purpose and just lay there causing a dangerous tripping hazard for others who payed to skate there’s a ton of side quest figure skaters just doing their thing all over the ice again causing dangerous obstacles and kids using the things used to learn to skate as sleds what it boils down to is a bunch of unsafe things that the staff is doing nothing about it’s really ashame for the money you have to pay to skate you’d at least hope to have fun an be safe 10/10 will not be coming...

I tried to make a reservation Weeks ahead of a party, no one contacted me back literally until days before the event. This caused me to try and scramble to find someplace else. I Was not even able to give my daughter a party. I took her to another ice rink for open skate. The only explanation that webster groves gave me was that the person who handles the events was away from his desk. If something like this happens, there needs to be a back up person. It's a huge...

Went here for a birthday party and was told we had until 9 to skate but only had until 8:30 when they decide to Zamboni for the end of the night.

I love the seals that are used for novice skaters and how anyone is allowed to use them including adults because it made things super fun and entertaining.

Just wish the time to skate was clearer and...
