I just popped my head in to see what this bookstore was about and boy was I shocked with the amount of books! So many used books they had to leave room for the light switch (as you’ll see in one of the images)! I didn’t think I had any books in mind that I needed, but my daughter was with and scoured the young adult section. She found numerous books to add to her collection, and I also found some nostalgic books that my son started reading (Fear Street). After looking in the history section, I found a collection that my husband had been searching high and low for, as well as many local authors that I wanted to check out. This little gem is a definite must stop, but I’m a bit shy to share this as I selfishly don’t want to expose my new favorite place...

The lady that runs the store is so incredibly sweet. I came from Texas to visit, had my fun scanning the store for hours, and when it came to pay, the credit card machine was down. I did not have cash so I told her it’s okay to put the books back since I won’t be back in year. She said “Happy Birthday” and handed me the books for free.
