Great shoes but no help whatsoever. In fact, the employees seem to be having their own personal party in the cashier area. Lazy customer service and it showed from the state of the store. I saw six employees standing around, two of which were so enthralled with their plans of video game playing after work they ignored us as we searched for sizes. At the register I mentioned having a coupon and was told I had to have my phone on me to show it to them or use it next time. I have spent over 400 bucks in the past two weeks...very rude manager when discussing the discount. Shawnee, the young lady that did our transaction was the only pleasant one in the bunch. She took my info and was going to send us a coupon for next time! Way to go Shawnee! You should get a raise and a day off (paid of course) just for having to work with those lethargic non workers...but mostly for being friendly and understanding and going out of your way to help...

On Monday January 21st 2018 I went to this store to try to find something to fix my truck which was broken down. The gentleman at the store went to the back room and loaned me a roll of duct tape which was just enough to repair my truck to get it to a parts store. I did not purchase anything from the store and was still treated very very wonderfully!! I came back the next day to return the duct tape and the staff that was there that day greeted me and treated me also very well even shook my hand!! It is this kind of customer service that our world is lacking these days, thank you so much for your help and I hope you and your team enjoys the chocolates!!! I will be sure to come back and purchase from...

I went in there just to look around, and was interrogated by 2 different employees 3 times. All three times I told them I was just looking around, and they still egged onto me like I was stealing. It was absolutely ridiculous. I decided to get a backpack (that I need for school, of which I get a 3.6 GPA in) mostly because I knew that I left without something, they'd probably stop me. When I got to the counter, the lady said, "are you going to get that bag, buddy." It was pretty offensive. I'm paying MY money that I worked hard for at your store, you don't need to be on my case all the time. I definitely won't be going here...
