Subway — Restaurant in Washington

The service was horrible. My significant other and I both received dirty looks the moment we walked in. I ordered my food and the lady shorted my sub on meat! When I asked about it, she snapped at me and said it’s the right amount. Then gave me a dirty look when I said a little bit of lettuce and asked her to take some of the lettuce off as she put so much lettuce on it, the amount that she put on was ridiculous. I also asked for a few olives, I did say the word FEW. She then proceeded to throw a handful of olives on there then got upset when I asked her to take some off. She also looked at my significant other at this point with a look that said “is she serious” then she turned to me with attitude and just kept giving dirty looks. The employees name is JADE. I am not giving a one star because of the workers. I'm giving it because of MANAGEMENT. It's busy. And there is 1 person working the line. She did a great job and went very fast but when there is over 6, people in line and she's alone at 6 pm something needs to change. She had computer orders, door dashers coming to pick up orders the phone ringing and I am surprised she was able to even handle that. Over all jade was very kind friendly and very apologetic to the customers in line including me. store was clean. Bathrooms were spectacular. This is absolutely ridiculous. I walked in and was greater 3 times by the same person. Its like he didn't remember he already greeted me. He then tells me the only bread they have is Italian herb and cheese minus the cheese because he forgot to put on before baking it. I then asked for cheddar cheese. Oh they are out of that too but they have shredded cheese. Fine. I ask for olives. They are out of olives. I wanted a cookie but they were out of all cookies. They had no iced tea and we're out of medium cups. Finally I pay and wait for my receipt. Guess what. The receipt printer isn't working. This subway sucks. I don't blame the workers.
