As a local business owner and a longtime Cashmere or Chelan resident, Keyhole is the first place I go with anything key related. I've used them for 10+ years, from the security system in my business, to various random auto and home keys over the years, and it's David (the GM) that has "locked" (excuse my pun) in my continued business. Super kind, and helpful. He's helped me choose something that was actually appropriate for my place. So many of these security places just want to bank on insecure people, and sell them a bunch of crap to sate their most absurd insecurities. I was sold what I need, and it was installed right. Also, I'm pretty sure the church I attend also has a keyhole system..

Sometimes they can't do the dealer spec keys. I've been kindly redirected to the dealer on a electronic Toyota and a electronic Mercedes key, but I've been told that they do some electronic ones, worth checking first.

I just wanted to tell you what a great job that Bob did. I recently purchased this house and even when I first saw this house before I made the offer, not one exterior door latch or deadbolt worked properly. Part of this was due to alignment, part due to the mechanism itself. The problem got a lot worse, fast! Some door handles stopped working altogether after being here for only about six weeks! Because we had to order new internal parts for the door handles, Bob had to come out twice but on both occasions he arrived even a few minutes early, which I appreciated. It is always annoying if people arrive late. Now all of my doors latch smoothly and everything works as one would hope. Bob is a real pro!! He knows his trade, he is professional, and he’s a friendly guy. He gave me very good advice for future upgrades also and I will absolutely turn to you guys when I am ready to get that work done.

Anyway, I am HIGHLY impressed with your company. I will definitely recommend you to anyone that needs a real pro.

I came down from Chelan today, I stopped by to get 3 keys cut for my Chrysler. A person named John helped me. John made clear that if the keys that he cut for my Chrysler did not work, that there was no refund. I told him I accepted that. One of the keys I needed cut did not fit into his machine and he told me that I would have to have that key pulled out and ready, as he was not going to wait for me . He quickly run up the total and I paid. After getting ready to leave I reminded him that I needed my receipt. He looked at me and said "I told you that there were no refunds, why do you need a receipt?" I told him I just need the receipt for my records, he still refused to give me a receipt. Guess what none of the keys...
