I spend more money here than I care to admit to but will (over $100/week) and am a long time customer. I did not bother sending a message to the owner(s?) because they donât answer and donât care.
99% of the time, the staff and service is awesome and for that deserve more stars than Iâm giving here. But once in a while you have a bad experience and since there is no way for me to provide that feedback to management Iâm putting it here.
I drove up and asked for my regular 10 drink order. I asked if it was frozen, because it matters and was told theyâre âalways frozen.â Well, thatâs not true and thereâs no way it can be, because the machine has to be refilled periodically.
It wasnât frozen. I ultimately ended up with 6 watery drinks (I approved this because they scooped off the top). She gave me six because had misheard me about the 10 and said that if I got the other 4 theyâd be watery.
This is the part that gets me: this would not have happened with anybody else that works there that Iâve ever come into contact with. The lying about âalways frozenâ was one thing, misunderstanding the order was another but on top of both those things was a distinct vibe that she didnât care and didnât want to serve me. I came away from that interaction not wanting to go back there. Itâs probably time to quit my very expensive habit anyway.
Also, and this is partially my dumb fault, I ended up with 4 1/2 drinks because one spilled on my way home. But thanks b for not putting all five in one box and handing one to me to put in my...
Read moreI love auto mocha.its my go to for coffee. But today, unfortunately, I had such a horrible experience. I was stuck and no where to go.there were cars in front of me and a I couldn't go to the side for the car coming out of the opposite side. She honked, threw a few cus words at me and flipped me off. When it was my turn to purchase my order, I noticed the baristas just chatting away with the other customers. I understand there should be good customer service, but when everyone is in a hurry in the mornings, they should be a little more considerate of...
Read moreI went to auto mocha this morning at the mission street location. I was shocked at the price I paid for a tall soy latte. $5.70. Starbucks coffee taste 100% better and it is less expensive. Leaving disappointed, I checked the prices, and the batista(long dark hair, with long white sparkle fingernails, in case, you want to investigate your employees) overcharged me a dollar. I assume she wanted to ensure she got a tip. The tip is discretionary, not to be decided by the batista. To say the least, I will no longer do business with auto mocha. Very...
