Royers hit it out of the park today I called with a same-day order mid-morning for a birthday bouquet for my wife I ordered it over the phone we talked about what flowers were fresh and what colors to use and what I think my wife would like we talked about what I wanted to spend and price point and by the end of the approximate five minute conversation the flowers were ordered and being delivered to her work the same day guaranteed by the time she's getting off of her shift my wife received them at her desk at her job just a couple hours after the order was placed the bouquet was beautiful it was bright large and loud just how I wanted it all around myself and my wife were happy with the order and the bouquet and I will only be using Royer's from now on for my local flower orders it's good to see local businesses like this working hard giving it's residence a good service a quality service for a good price thank you Royers keep up...

SUPER courteous service! Royer's was the florist some friends from afar used to send a bouquet of a dozen roses to us after a surgery. Unfortunately the delivery service that was paid to deliver them was three days late, and didn't bring them to our door -- he set the package behind the garage, (!?) where it endured a 26 degree night before we found it. Needless to say, the roses were not at their best. A phone call to Royer's was all it took to have them jump on a replacement bouquet. This time Royer's called it through a local florist, and they not only had a beautiful, huge, perfect vase of roses hand-delivered at our door within the next 75 mins, but they had added in a half-dozen complimentary roses! Absolutely gorgeous, and still in beautiful condition 10 days later. Fastest service I ever experienced, very courteous, friendly, and apologetic, and did what it took to remedy the situation. Highly recommend...

I order two set for Mothers Day to give as a gift to my Mother one came perfect in the Vase the second was an outdoor plant that look nothing like the image in the website product 5189. I don’t like to paid for an item and it does not come close to the advertising missing flowers 🌺 does not look professionally done. Delivery was on time but very disappointed with product 5189. I have to correct my review from a 1 to a 5 for what was mention above now for their fast response of Royer’s Flower & Gift. Who shown to me and my family they care for their customers and are willing to go over and beyond to correct the issue and that is what I called a professional Florist shop who want their customers to be 100 percent satisfied and they stand behind their product in how is presented.
