
Wanted to have some work done on my Fiat so I called to see if there was a courtesy shuttle available to bring me back to work. I was transferred three times and when I was finally transferred to the correct extension I was told they needed to ask the manager if that was possible. I was on hold for 20 minutes, the woman that asked me to hold was very courteous and apologetic about the service manager not answering. Thereâs obviously nothing she can do when her manager is incompetent and doesnât care about customer service, but she asked if she could take my info so the manager could get back to me. Itâs been a week and I still havenât received a call. Sadly this isnât the first time Iâve had an issue. That service manager definitely lost out on a big sale on parts and labor considering I was going to have everything on my vehicle fixed....

Furthermore, we NEVER received a call, email, or anything updating us on the status of the vehicle repairs.
