Wanted to have some work done on my Fiat so I called to see if there was a courtesy shuttle available to bring me back to work. I was transferred three times and when I was finally transferred to the correct extension I was told they needed to ask the manager if that was possible. I was on hold for 20 minutes, the woman that asked me to hold was very courteous and apologetic about the service manager not answering. There’s obviously nothing she can do when her manager is incompetent and doesn’t care about customer service, but she asked if she could take my info so the manager could get back to me. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received a call. Sadly this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue. That service manager definitely lost out on a big sale on parts and labor considering I was going to have everything on my vehicle fixed....

SERVICE SUCKS!! My husband and I am extremely disappointed with the Weslaco Fiat Service department. We took our car to be serviced over ONE MONTH AGO and the vehicle is still not ready. Furthermore, we NEVER received a call, email, or anything updating us on the status of the vehicle repairs. It wasn't until this past weekend after we had to return the rental car that we went by and were informed that our vehicle was still NOT READY and Fiat Service Department could not lend us a car while the repairs took place. Purchased a 2017 car a few months ago and have been having extreme difficulty receiving the spare key. I also found out the same day I purchased the car that the gps system didn't work. Car was in repair the first week and found out it needed a part that the dealership did not have. Fast forward 3 months later and still have a broken gps and no spare key.
