I call twice a week because I also repair and l always need parts for John Deere tractors and that receptionist always answers and I ask for parts and they leave me waiting for 20 minutes at most and hang up call again same thing and she transfers and the guys at parts never answer.i have to go over their and some are just standing around. Went by to go shop for a disc harrow, first and last time I will go there, walked around inside to look for a sales person only to find an older sales rep with a cowboy hat talking to another person making eye contact with me and not even offering any help from anyone, went outside to the yard as well to look for a sales rep there was no one outside either , went inside to the parts counter where I was not acknowledged either for help to ask for a sales rep I was directed to the rear sales empty offices, had enough and took off after 15 minutes of looking for assistance!! Tellus Weslaco, is hands down the absolute worst John Deere store I’ve been too. And it’s always the same people screwing it up like always. I had ordered a part for my John Deere tractor but realized it was the wrong one. I call to explain what I needed, and spoke to Rick. I explained myself very clear cause there was only one other option to what I needed and he refused to help. I had to leave work and drive 20 minutes to only be there for 2 minutes.
