The Bad: there’s only one person working out of this location, it takes FOREVER to get service and if you’re behind a car or two, it’s freaking ridiculous wait times. If you’re the owner reading this review, that’s why this place doesn’t get much clientele because they take too long to serve. I have been going Snowsball since they first opened in McAllen and was excited when they originally opened here in Weslaco. At the beginning, the quality of food and customer service was always high. Since they have hired this lady in the Weslaco location, the quality has lowered and her attitude is unfortunately what has forced me to write this negative review. She's extremely disrespectful, always talks to you with an attitude and acts like she's doing you a favor of taking your order. I won't be going back ever again since I am honestly tired of her attitude and the quality of the food. Been to this location 3 times and have not been disappointed or charged twice. Been to other Snowball express locations throughout the valley and their snacks are always bomb! And great prices for the quantity. They are also open late! I got a Elote Chorreado with Tostitos for $7 (totally worth it), and omg delicious! Cheese was hot and fresh, corn is white and traditional flavors even with their red chile! Soooo good! This place also has better Raspas than their competitors down the road at “Grandmas #1 Snowiz” THIS PLACE NEEDS A LINE YALL!...
