We had a RESERVED birthday party scheduled at 3pm…we came in with our things around 2:45pm–piñata and cake in hand—and asked for our tables only to watch two staff search for my sons name on a table card(the very tables they were checking were full). We had to watch them ask their customers to relocate, they were obviously bugged by it, a problem that could have been avoided if they were on top of their reservations. We understood it was a busy day, we watched as everyone around us was seated in every table. We continued our reserved party, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands before eating and the water didn’t come out. I told a front register who told another person; nothing was announced until my mom mentioned it to our server, about 15 minutes after I told them, people still going into the restrooms. They had other party’s going on so their overhead speaker worked, they only put signs on the drinks and restrooms doors that they were “out of service”, and continued to keep the facility open to all of the families. They then announced we could “purchase” more drinks at the front register, even the party’s that had drinks included had to purchase more. We had to ask for our balloons we were promised. The water announcement was also in English in a very Hispanic community, the older Spanish-speaking ladies I ran into in the women's restroom had to find out themselves there was no water. I was told the fountain drinks weren’t good when they were working, ‘they're just syrup’ I heard someone say. The piñata area wasn’t even clear for use when our server asked “are you gonna go” and we waited for our turn. The servers just kind of stuffed the trays of ice cream on the table, our server had seen me multiple times trying to make room around my child. When we got back the bill they refused to discount the inconveniences, saying “the water wasn’t our fault”, when they should have announced it when I told them directly. I went out of my way to inform them, and they couldn’t even announce it just out of courtesy for their other paying customers and VERY full facility. They didn’t discount the drinks, and I’m sure they did the same to others. It WAS their fault they remained open and allowed others to eat and drink at their customers cost, not even giving them a heads up for their basic needs(restrooms)immediately. We paid over $300 for a service we did not enjoy. I guess at least they asked to refrigerate our...
Read moreI rarely post reviews but I feel like after the experience I had today I had to write about the service. I went in at 1:40 PM. The buffet ends at 2 and I was just going for 20 minutes to catch up with my family that was already there during my lunch break. Once at the register I asked for the buffet, the lady kindly said that they would be closing the buffet in 20 minutes. I explained to her that it was ok, there’s was still a lot of pizza in the buffet line and I was honestly just gunna eat about 3 slices since I was only going for a bit. The lady then started giving me attitude telling me that she couldn’t make me a personalized pizza, I told her not to worry I was not going to ask for a personal pizza. I was just going to eat from what there was. A young boy then comes seconds later behind the receptionist with an attitude and tells me the buffet will be closing soon. I told him it was ok I was just going to be there for 20 minutes. He then proceeds to get upset and tell me “then the store closes at 10” in other words come at a different time. I couldn’t believe I was getting such horrible attitude from the workers at Peter Piper. I was not asking for anything that was not there already, I paid for my food, and I honestly was not being rude. So I’m just so shocked with how I was treated. Seriously never coming here again with my kids and never...
Read moreWent for a birthday, worst experience I've ever had at any Peter Piper Pizza. The host was running around without any clear sense of direction. The pizzas were coming out very slowly and late. The host announced that it was time to hit the pinata and then forgot to come by and coordinate the thing. Then she announced it was time to sing Happy birthday, she showed up after everyone was done singing and asked everyone to get back together for a picture. Then, proceeded to push everyone out because there was a scheduling error. Our party ended at 5pm and the next party started at 5pm. So they let us know our party needed to clean up to make space for the next one. So essentially we were short changed the last 30 minutes. A lot of the games were out of order and at the end of the party they didn't have time to give the kids their ice cream cones so as they made us get up from our seats they handed out free ice cream coupons. Right now, this Peter Piper is tied for worst in the valley with the one...
