Lash Surgeon — Local services in Wesley Chapel

Update 9 month later: I've learned to apply my own lash extensions for under $5 and it lasts way longer than "the lash surgeon". LOL. I suggest her to change her business name to not confuse anybody who's willing to pay near $300for something that last only a few days.

Let's start with some basics. The lash extensions are supposed to be attached to my lash itself and should last as long as the natural growth cycle - about six weeks.

Well, in about just 10 days - that's less than two weeks, more than half of the lash extensions fell off, while my natural lashes did not.

So at that time I looked half bald, Like a wild turkey!!!

Now 4 week in, I have 2 SINGLE lashes left, look like a halloween character with 2 SINGLE long lashes poking out of my short lashes. Totally horrifying!

Contacted this woman who is supposed to be the owner and the worker who applied the lash extensions on me, and went back and forth multiple times about her poor quality of work. She seemed to offer (through vague language ) half the refund.

After my pointing out the full failure of her work and failure at consultation (she should've pointed out if I was not a candidate of here work or she could not deliver the promised service). it seemed to a point that she would issue my refund.

NOPE. No refund at all.

I had to jump through many hoops to get my financial institute involved to dispute her BAD eyelash extension service and WORST customer service. Of course my financial institute agreed with me!!! I won the dispute.

For a $270 charge by this kind of work,Y'all should know to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Roe, the beautiful owner of this establishment. She accommodated my last minute first time appointment during a hurricane ya’ll! She helped me select the best lash style for my face and heart’s desire. Then as if getting your lashes during the beginning of a hurricane wasn’t enough suspense, when she was half way through my second eye, the powder went out! 🤣 But that didn’t stop her! She grabbed her cell phone light and still complained the excellent job that had me looking phenomenal! Even with all that, I was so relaxed in her super comfortable chair that I feel asleep on the lady a few times. LOL Oh, The lashes were good quality and the style was natural yet had a nice cat eye pop on the ends. Roe did a perfect job and the conversation was lovely. She’s charismatic and sweet! I drove all the way to Tampa to be serviced by Roe. I was in the Tampa area and wanted lash extensions done by someone reputable and have good quality of work. I'm a lash artist myself so I'm extremely particular about extensions and want them to be done correctly by someone qualified, licensed and knowledgeable about all different lash types. I came across Roe's page after sorting through so many artists in her area until I came Across her page. Her quality of work in her pics were portrayed through the work she did on me! As a lash artist I know Good lash artists and she's one of them. Her space is super cozy and comfy and I was out within seconds. I woke up to beautiFULL lashes!
