Poké Falls — Restaurant in Florida

UPDATE THE RUDE GIRL is no longer there. The workers are all very nice. This is still the best place for poke... its much less expensive than the poke place by Sprouts on BBdowns. The same bowl i get for $13 here costs $18 at the poke place by Sprouts. They have super fresh stuff, they have sushi rice ( many places dont), and they dont charge extra for krab salad, extra masago ( orange eggs) and their spicy tuna is not smashed up its neatly cubed. The sauces are super good too. The Poke marinade sauce and sweet chilie sauce ( has a lot of sesame in it) are the best. I get a bowl with sushi rice and all my favorites and i swear its better than a $25 chirashi bowl you would get at a sushi place. For just $13. I have been here several times with different experiences with the previous workers but the food is ALWAYS superb. Update 2: despite size, we still love poke there!

Update: I am lowering my rating because quality and what is important the quantity went down hill. Bowls got noticably smaller (see attached pictures... Old size on the left and new on the right). Even my kids can now finish their meal and older still feels he can eat more. They used to get a lot of food and now smaller bowl not even full to the top. Price however remains the same. Not worth it.

This place, Poke Falls, is seriously the BEST in Wesley Chapel! We always order to go and the portion size never disappoints! No limit on number of toppings either. The scope of protein is very good size! The flavor of every single ingredient stands out! I really like how they cut carrot and cucumber. Loved this place until tonight. I have ordered for my family many times through Uber Eats and we have always had an excellent experience. Tonight we ordered three bowls, two of which they mixed up the proteins, veggies, sauces ect.. completely. I called to speak to a manager and a rude employee explained that the manager was not there, the owner was, but I would need to explain exactly what was wrong with the bowls to speak to this person. I began to explain the exact ingredient differences in the bowls (as if I should really have to do that to speak to a manager/owner) when the employees’ attitude made me decide to just hang up and call it a loss. Not even five minutes after that, my daughter found a hair in her bowl and that was the one bowl they actually made correctly.
