365 Woodfired Pizza and NY style — Restaurant in Wesley Chapel

I came here today expecting a nice, relaxed meal, but sadly the experience was far from it. Even though the restaurant was basically empty — only one group of 8 people was there — my order (just 10 chicken wings) took over 30 minutes to arrive. That already felt strange, especially since I ordered before the group.

To be fair, the wings were delicious — no complaints about the flavor. But the service was honestly disappointing. About 10 minutes after I finally got my plate (and had only eaten 3 wings), the waitress came over asking if I wanted the check. I told her no. Ten minutes later, she came again asking the same thing. I told her no once more, and politely asked for napkins… which never came.

Then, a third time — with 3 wings still left on my plate — she asked again if I was ready to pay. At that point, I just said yes because it was getting really uncomfortable. I felt rushed the entire time, like they just wanted me out.

It’s a shame because the food is great, but the lack of basic courtesy and the pressure to leave made it a pretty frustrating experience. Not sure...

This was my second visit and decided to take my neighbor who had never been there. Boy was that a mistake! We got our appetizers fairly quickly but we waited over an hour for our pizza (we ordered both at the same time). The waitress came back in that hour and told us they ran out of the crust for the type of pizza I ordered but they could make it on a different crust so I said ok. I kept looking back and hadn’t seen my order so I ask the waitress what was the status of my order and she said they’re putting it in, it should take 8 minutes (this was 45 mins now of us waiting and it’s just being made). The kitchen staff were too busy with the take out orders, that I feel the dine in people were not a priority. You can go during the week here but weekends are questionable. The gentleman (manager) that was making the pizzas came out (after I complained) and gave us a free pizza and took the appetizer off of the bill to try to rectify the situation which was a nice but I think they need more kitchen staff on the weekends so they don’t run into the...

Very bad experience. We ordered different pastas: my son asked for a napolitana and my husband for an arrabbiata. When the food arrived, they mistakenly gave my son the arrabiata. I told the waitress it was wrong, but she insisted it was the napolitana. Only after going to the kitchen did she admit the mistake.

My son’s napolitana arrived much later, after everyone had already finished eating, and my husband had to eat his pasta cold. The owner came to our table to apologize and promised to refund us, but in the end he didn’t.
