To start off the service was horrible from the start, we stood at the counter for ice cream and it was a solid couple of minutes before someone walked over, no hi how can I help you or anything just stood there and stared. I asked for a brownie sundae, they can’t make that. I asked for a banana split, they can’t make it they don’t have the bowls for it. I asked for a Reese’s Sunday thinking there’s nothing in it but the toppings that I’m looking at in front of me, no sorry can’t make that either. Finally I said just give me two scoops in a cup please. Then we went outside to eat and at 8:15 they locked the doors and stopped serving people….. they close at 9. We went there at 6:30pm today, Junes 7, 3 employees and we had to wait, they kept looking at us but nobody came to help. There were no other customers there. Finally a girl came to help us, we asked for a regular cone with one scoop of ice cream each. They didn't have regular cones, only the big ones, we each ended up getting the big one with 2 scoops each. Just keeps getting worse and worse. I love the milkshakes here, when they have it. I have attempted to get a Strawberry milkshake multiple times, different weeks with no luck. Now, I ask for the milkshake and get a smoothie. I inform them that I asked for a milkshake and not a smoothie and I am told "just try it". If I wanted a smoothie, I would have asked for it. Please, someone use stats to insure you have Strawberry ice cream and train staff to know the difference between a milkshake...
