I had my heart set on a specific mother of the bride (MOB) dress for my daughter's upcoming wedding. A large bridal store in New Glarus carried it, and I planned to purchase it through them. However, after going there and receiving absolutely no service I decided to see if I could find another another shop that actually wanted my business. Enter Annie's Formal Wear in West Bend. I found Annie's online and called to explain my situation. She carried Christina Wu dresses and was willing to order the one I wanted. I drove to her shop and looked at the other MOB dresses she had, and even though she had ones I hadn't seen other places, I still went ahead with my initial purchase. Here's where customer service was a 5+. The dress came in two different colors, and I had only seen one of the colors in person. I didn't know which one to order and the owner of Annie's realized this and ordered the dress for me in BOTH colors. When the dresses came in she let me decide which one I wanted to keep and put the other dress "on the rack." I paid for my dress and she paid for the other.
