We initially took my fiancés ring to Jim to get repaired and replace a missing marquise diamond top left of the three. Joanne talked us through the whole process and than Jim came out and explained how he’d go about fixing it! Well after that repair we immediately knew they’d be who we would have make our rings one day! Well that day came and these two amazing humans helped us every step of the way and were 100% transparent!! We found 2 rings in shop that we loved but wanted customized to exactly how we wanted it. We sought out a jeweler for a custom engagement ring, and although HTG Design Jewelers was over an hour away, we are so happy we consulted with Jim!
