Horrible experience. I had to get my nails redone because the first time was just horrendous and even after that the nails were horrifically done. I showed them a simple picture of a blue ombre set (stuff I've seen previously done on their reviews), saying I want it to look as similar to that set as possible. The first time around, when asking for the color the stylist showed me the container behind an insanely bright light, not showing me how it looks on nails before hand or properly showing it to me. When I said that the nails looked more green than I wanted them to he just said "that's what you picked". On top of that, the ombre I asked for? Not there. It's a solid color (not even the color I wanted). Looking at the nails further than the color, none of them are the same length, my two hands aren't symmetrical and they weren't filed down properly. On top of that the stylist I was with spent more time on his phone than with me and I had to wait 2 minutes for him to notice that the gel polish had dried down. The second time I got my nails done, was by a different stylist. This one explained WHY I didn't get the ombre (apparently they decided to do nail polish on my nails when to get the ombre they needed to do dip, yet no one explained this to me in the slightest), and redid the color. That's it, the color. When explaining what was wrong with my nails I explained the lack of symmetry, the lack of what I wanted in the first place and the fact that my thumbs looked like they were done by a toddler (completely different size and shape than the other nails, and crooked as well). She fixed the color of the nails, left while I was processing and left me to sit there while she went to talk to other people on the other side of the salon and completely annoyed me or spent time on her phone as well. She didn't try to fix the shapes or even attempt to look at anything else I asked her to fix. $65 down the drain. I will never be going to this salon again and I advise no one else does. I could've done better at home with no experience what so ever. Worst part is I'm leaving to go out of town tomorrow and there's nothing I can...

They say you can walk in but every time I do they tell me they can’t take me at all because there are only 3 people who do acrylic and apparently they are always booked and they are extremely rude about telling you that. They seem to get happy when they turn you away. They literally told me to go to another nail salon. Out of the three people who do acrylic nails, only one is good the rest make your nails look like a toddler did them. So if you want a manicure or polish change that’s all they do...

I was a new customer here. Went in there and wanted a French manicure style on acrylic they said they couldn’t do it unless it was gel on top when I have done it a number of times without gel on top. Just another way to get more money. I tried to tell the man I can’t do gel because I have an oily nail bed, and just as I assumed four nails broken after one week and $95 later.
