We had the chance to go to Goat City Pub for their soft opening family night, and I have to say—they absolutely nailed it! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of good energy.
A big shoutout to my sister-in-law, Jessica de Sousa, who was behind the bar that night. She was not only professional and attentive but also made everyone feel so welcome. You could tell how much pride she and the whole team put into making the evening special.
The food was fantastic, the drinks were on point, and the service couldn’t have been better. For a soft opening, everything ran so smoothly!
Goat City Pub is definitely going to be a new go-to spot, and I can’t wait to go back again soon. If this is just the beginning, I can only imagine how great it will be once they’re fully up...

Apps: crispy parmesan gnocchi’s and cornbread skillet. Well worth the carb overload. You can hit the treadmill tomorrow for an extra 30
Dinner: Chicken Parm - cooked perfectly and still crispy, plenty of sauce and pasta. Fish and chips - batter stayed on the fish with every bite. Onion rings are cut in house and might be the best ones I’ve had in years. Steak tips…. Delicious and nutritious!!! So good! I’m not sure how they marinate them but it’s a million dollar recipe
We will...
