My experience was awesome from start to finish. I bought a refurbished ford stock radio/cd off ebay. It didn't come with a wiring harness to make it function! My husband and I went to pick a part and found one off a vehicle. After we were able to cut it out frankly it was a hot mess. I sent picture to Drew what was going on... he said each wire needed to be connected one by one. He could do it,it would just take time. He said 2 hours but got it done in 45 minutes. All this on a Sunday afternoon! I was thrilled to have something simple and user friendly that I knew how to operate back in my SUV. I've always used Nortons for the last 20 years. I know they would have been double the price! I would have been the one inconvenienced to figure out how to get it done M-F. Would recommend this company to any and everyone! Professional, prompt, and answered the phone! Very fair pricing and not scared to take a job that he knew wouldn't be a cake walk! I COULDN"T be happier!! Thank you Drew!...

Today I had the Repetitive First Class Service I always receive at DTSM Audio LLC.... I entrust all of my vehicles audio, lighting, etc upgrading service with DTSM! So when I upgraded to my new car,going back here was a given for sure with Drew as he is G.O.A.T🐐himself in this Business!! My Cadillac 34 Speaker Panaray Audio Bose System has now been PROFESSIONALLY Enhanced by DTSM!! 😊 The service is always professional and respectfully completed within a time conscientious manner. I made my appointment and they were ready to receive me upon arrival and the job was completed within the allotted time frame they gave! I can't say enough awesome things about this experience as well as the establishment..... So for all of your audio,lighting etc needs and desires for your vehicle if you are looking for a professional quality work with fair prices THIS IS THE PLACE YOU DEFINITELY WANT TO DO...

I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment and when I walked in the customer service was awesome from the start. I didn’t wait long at all, they were very prompt in handling my needs, I was able to converse with the employees as if we had already knew each other even though this was my first time at the.shop. The reason for my visit was that every other shop I had called tried to diagnose the problem over the phone without even looking at my car, but this shop when I called they told me to bring it in to diagnose the problem before he could determine the issue, it was just a blown fuse that was much cheaper than what the other shops was trying to charge me for a new amplifier. I will definitely tell all my friends about the shop for all of their radio needs. Excellent...
