Us Farmers — Local services in West Covina

I order black beans from them a few days ago. Today I got a email stating my order had been cancelled because I didn't qualify for free shipping. I double checked that the payment went through (it did). So I decided to call to see what happened. I called only to be told that I had to choose my own shipping and pay separately. I explained to the person that I didn't see anything on the website that said i had to do that, the person didn't care, she showed zero interest in the problem they created. I went to reorder and the price for the same black beans has nearly doubled... What a horrible company! I'm pretty sure they want to be t5 c. o pay the new price, so they made up some BS reason why my order was canceled. Canceled. To price gouge at a time like this only shows how horrible these people are. They offered no discount for their error, they had no sympathy for their mistake and now I have to wait a week to get the reimbursed....

I love this company and the fact that they sent me samples so I could try before I buy. My favorite has to be the garlic flakes. A little does indeed go a long way. This added the perfect amount of flavor to my pot roast. I have received many compliments on this dish thanks to these garlic flakes. I will be investing my money in these...
