Casa Buen Sazón Since its reopening, I have frequently driven by this restaurant, noticing its crowded dining area, and now I understand why it is so popular. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by multiple staff members and quickly shown to my table. After sitting down, one of the waiters reviewed the menu with me and suggested the fajitas. I ordered the dish and waited; once the food arrived, I thanked the server and tasted the food, which exceeded my expectations. The fajitas were tender and flavorful. This is the hole in the wall you didn’t know you needed. We’re visiting from San Diego and were craving cafe de la olla and found this place on yelp. Their cafe de la olla is perfection in a cup. For starters we had queso fundido which was delicious. For the main course we had birria which was an absolute delicacy. The flavor of the consomé, the tenderness of the meat, OMG!!
