If I could give a negative score I would. However, a 1 star will work as I was greeted with a smile. Unknown to me the smile was probably a laugh. I had picked up 2 shipping box's and packing tape when I noticed a laptop that I had been looking at was in Staples. I called my husband and told him to not purchase the one he was looking at and to come to Staples. I went to check out ( 2 box's and tape). I went in line and was told something was already in register? So we went to another register and the cashier was locked out. So off we went to another.. Which didn't work. I came here to buy a computer. Well I walked on in, and a fella by the name of Luke helped me. Luke Skywalker did not know what he was doing. I asked for a laptop that can handle 4K gaming with good FPS, and I was told I need a $699 HP computer with 4GB of RAM that was an i5. Only had on-board graphics. He also told me I need a 3 year warranty if I wanted the PC, that's a few extra hundred dollars. I was absolutely bewildered, this man was out of his mind. By far the worst Staples I’ve been to. Went in for an Amazon return, the man working over there saw me and decided to not bother to acknowledge me at all. He seemed like he was doing something which is fine, but when you see a customer, the least you can do is tell them you will be with them in just a moment.
