This will be my forever jeweler! First time customer and I will say this, TOP NOTCH in everything. Started with excellent customer service, ended with GORGEOUS rings. I have been married for 18 years, and the band I chose (not from here) back then never went with my engagement ring, but it was pretty. After a few years, one diamond fell out. I had it replaced. A few years later it fell out again, I had it replaced by a different jeweler. Long story short..it fell out for a 3rd time so I just let it be and never wore it...plus, like I said it didn't go great with my engagement ring. Anyway, I decided it was time to have it fixed again. I researched places to go and decided to try this place. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Josh who was very friendly. I showed him my band, he looked at it and told me that the issue was the prong. He told me he could fix the prong and replace the diamond (nobody ever mentioned that before). I told him I wasn't crazy about the band with my ring because it didn't really match. I asked if he by chance would have anything...and just like that, he found a PERFECT match for it. Now, I have been to multiple jewelers---and without it being custom made, no one had a perfect fit. In addition, my engagement ring is white gold, which I wore 20 years ago, but now wear gold. I asked if he could dip it in gold and he said yes and discussed the process. The new band I was getting was also going to be dipped in gold. I have been told my ring wouldn't look good dipped in gold by other jewelers and therefore never did it. LONG POST I know, but.... when I went to pick up the rings, OMG!!! They were gorgeous beyond my expectations. I couldn't be happier! I can't wait to pick up my wedding band as well, which I will now wear on my other hand (he was able to enlarge it since my finger is bigger on that hand ;-) The entire staff is incredibly kind and not pushy to make a sale. Josh understood my concerns and did such an incredible job! Thank you! ...
Read more#1 jeweler in this area! I just recently went in to Francis jewelers to see if he could help me with my engagement ring. When my husband purchased my ring (not from here) he wanted to put a little bit of a bigger diamond in...and so they did but while doing so it wasn’t being held in correctly with the size of the prongs. My diamond fell out twice. And I found it both times. So I was devastated and thought I’d never be able to wear my ring again...until I met Francis. He came up with the idea to recreate my same ring but with the correct size prongs to make sure that would never happen again. While taking apart my ring he realized he could keep my original ring and just add a new set of prongs...lifting my diamond up a little higher then it was. Saving me more then half our original plan. So not out for money just about showing his talent and making his customer happy. My ring looks even better then the day I got it. I cannot thank him enough!!!! Will be using him...
Read moreI was in the market to sell an Indian head coin I have in a grading holder. I brought it to someone else and they had already told me how much it was worth, so I decided to stop here and see what the older gentleman would quote me. All I have to say is DO NOT bring your coins here. Not only did he quote me $129.90 less than the other guy, he tried opening my grading case because he thought my penny was a dollar coin. Yep. You heard me. As small as a Indian head penny is, he thought it was a dollar coin. My horror when he tried prying apart my case, only deepened when he said...and I quote..."oh! That's a penny! I thought it was a dollar. And then he says..0.10¢......enough said on...
