I'm hoping that Wednesday was a bad day for the cook. I think he's the owner based on the way he was handling things. I heard someone call him Matt. I'll start with the bad parts. Matt was rude to customers who had placed an order because when they placed their order, the woman taking their order asked if they wanted lettuce on whatever they were ordering. I'm guessing the ticket stated "no lettuce" because Matt came out to the counter and confronted the customers and asked why they said no lettuce because that sandwich doesn't come with it anyway. He then seemed to lecture about the type of sandwich it would be if it had lettuce. The woman at the counter then stated that she had asked if they wanted it. He then turned his lecture and attitude towards her in front of the customers that placed the order and us. When our order was ready, the cheese steak came out wrapped. I asked if they had plates. The woman asked Matt, and he stated, "No, I wrapped it in two sheets. That should be enough." I asked if I could take one of the take out boxes stacked on the counter in front of me. He came to the counter, grabbed the stack of boxes, and said, "No, these cost me 25 cents each." It appeared that he thought I would steal them, I guess. So the good part, the steak was good. The roll was a good roll. I can go somewhere else and get a good steak and great service so I will not be returning for this type of service again.

Insert The Rock saying, "finally" I have come to brynn bradley!! Pictured is the 16oz cheesesteak with fried onions and sharp provolone. Yeah, you all love cooper sharp, I get that, but I will still take sharp prov at any chance it is offered anywhere! Also, I got a side of cherry peppers. It's piping hot outside today, and I had about another 20-minute drive home. About 30 minutes until I got my first bite into this sandwich, so the bread steamed up a tiny bit, no fault of their own. It still held together very nicely, and no taste was sacrificed. It's definitely a well-balanced cheesesteak as far as seasoned steak goes. Onions diced nice and small, and steak shaved nicely. It's just my personal preference that I like my onions and steak just a little thicker, which I will ask for next time, but absolutely nothing wrong with how it is served as is. I wanted to try out the chicken cutlet as I hear that it is amazing as well, but they weren't ready yet. No problem, more motivation to return. My verdict: lives up to the hype, top 10 south jersey cheesesteak, will eat again! And I'm coming for your chicken cutlet!

Just had the best cheesesteak of my entire life at Brynn Bradley Cheesesteaks in Woodbury NJ on Borad Street. You can either get 10oz or 16oz of meat on your seeded Liscios roll. I opted for 10oz while my husband chose 16oz. I had the fried onions and chose Cooper sharp as my cheese. The way the cheese and onions were throughly mixed throughout made sure that each bite exploded with flavor. The sauce that the cheese and juices from the meat formed was heavenly. The onions were perfectly fried and the meat perfectly cooked. To top it all off the service was fantastic. We witnessed a gentleman come in who had a food truck a few blocks down and had asked to buy some onions as he had tan out with only a few hours left in his work day. The owner not only didn’t hesitate to help this gentleman he refused to take money. ā€œGotta help each other out when you can,ā€ is what the owner said. Seriously so lovely to see in a time when kindness is often overlooked or forgotten. I will most certainly be back to eat many many more cheesesteaks. My waistline is furious! 🤣

Unfortunately good food was ruined by poor communication and service. IM STARVING. Tonight, I ordered TWO cheesesteaks at 6pm and it was confirmed over the phone and was told it would take 45 minutes to be ready. After waiting all of that time, I arrived and they told me they only had one cheesesteak for the order. I told them we ordered two and the cashier said nothing at all. She did not apologize nor did she offer to make the second cheesesteak. If the order only had one, then why did it take 45 min? I was upset and hungry and just said ā€œguess we’ll just split itā€ and she said nothing and I did not want to be rude and demand another, as I knew they were closing shortly. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me here. I have ordered 2 wraps before and they only gave me one, and it was upsetting but I thought it was just miscommunication. But to happen now TWICE? And I waited almost an hour for the food, I could’ve just went somewhere else. Disappointing. If she would’ve just said sorry or offered to quickly make the second, I would not be writing...
