I made a spur-of-the-moment, last-minute appointment at Celebrations Couture—grabbing the final slot before the holiday weekend—and I will forever be so grateful that I did.

I walked in with a lot of trepidation. Like many brides, I had long dreamed of the wedding dress and how it would make me feel. But after visiting a few other local shops, I was beginning to feel discouraged. Every dress I tried on felt like a slight variation of the last—similar silhouettes, same collections—and none of them made me feel truly beautiful or confident.

Absolutely loved everything about my experience at Celebrations Couture! The staff are extremely friendly and customize your dress shopping experience according to your style. You (and the people you bring along) are all allowed to help search for dresses to try on which I loved because those are the people who know you and your style best! I enjoyed that I was not bombarded with questions or asked to explain what I do or don't like about a dress (because sometimes you don't like a dress but can't pinpoint why and that's totally okay). I also enjoyed that I was given a moment to look at myself in the dress before coming out of the dressing room to show my family/friends; this gives you a moment to form an opinion and envision wearing it on your special day. The staff were very helpful in giving advice for alterations and accessories. Overall, I felt as though my experience was setup to help me find a dress, not make me buy a dress.
