You know I have been in a lot of states in a lot of stores and it seems like the Cherokee gift shop has so much Western Wear and a fire resistant clothing. They also have a large selection of steel toe and non steel toe boots. Which I love my boots. I had searched the area for fire resistant clothing for women and could not find them. I had called several fr dealers in the area I was living in around Clarksburg West Virginia, that have specialty clothing for men that are fire resistant but they said that I would just have to go in and get fitted for whatever man size that I wear. I was In West Union West Virginia and I called the Cherokee gift shop which was 90 some miles away from me. So I figured no problem trip there and 2 hours back... With all the pipeline construction in the area to the store I was behind a lot of trucks that had caused vehicle backup on the roadway. On top of the fact that the road I took to the gift shop was horribly horribly filled with potholes and the road looks like if you went off it you're not getting back on it. Sooo I took a different way on the regular highway and I was thinking that I would get home faster. The road construction in two different spots caused me to have a three-hour trip back home. But I found the most amazing FR clothing for women at that store. I had gotten eight pairs of jeans a FR jacket which was on sale for $89 a sweatshirt jacket which was around a hundred fifty and a jean FR shirt and an ariat no sweat wicking shirt for under $1,000. And the clothing is very stylish in my opinion. I have shopped at the store before in their gift shop area and they always have awesome awesome earrings and jewelry and purses well as very nice looking western wear for men and women casual wear. Their selection of boots is out of this world. The ladies at the store every time I've been there have been so helpful and so awesome. the only thing that I wish was a little bit different is that they're changing room was not in the bathroom. other than that I had the most awesome experience at the Cherokee gift shop and I look forward to going back there and shopping there again and probably spend another almost $1,000. I want to thank Cherokee gift shop for having the clothing that I needed and for having...
Read moreBought a pair of dd work boots back in September, they offered a 6 month warranty for waterproofing and a one-year warranty against Manufacture defects. Well, my boots didn’t even last till the end of November, and I had to return them because they were leaking water. When I returned them, the guy noticed the stitching on one of the boots had come apart and had told me that I could go pick a pair of boots out that was equal to the value or pay the difference. So I did, upon checking out, he told me that my warranty for the boots were no longer valid because I returned them for the new boots. Which I didn’t agree with because the stitching came apart on the outside of the boot and that is a manufacturer defect and shouldn’t be placed against me , so I purchased a pair of insulated Rocky work boots from them paid the difference and now these boots didn’t even last three weeks and they are leaking water and now I’ve wasted money on waterproof boots and have no warranty . Out of all the places in the past that I have bought boots from this is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had I would not recommend...
Read moreTERRIBLE service. I went in looking for a pair of western boots. I knew I would need some assistance and direction to find a boot that would fit my width. Went in the door and asked if someone could help me. There was a girl who couldnt be more than 21 playing on her phone and did not even look up and an older man probably about 70. The gentleman walked me back to the boots and I told him what I was looking for and asked him to recomend some that he thought may work for my sizzing. He scofed and said he knew nothing about western boods and walked away.
Yes they have a large and extensive selection and if you k ow what exactly you are looking for this place would be nice.....
BUT one would think that for when over half the merchandise in the store is western boot you would have knowledgeable staff.
I tried on about 7 different pair and walked out unhappy and not satisfied.
I went to another nearby store that did not specialize in footware and received much...
