Fireworks Supermarket Triadelphia, WV — Local services in West Finley Township

My experience here was terrible. I went there looking simply for smoke bombs for a gender reveal party. An employee told me he had "exactly what I was looking for" and brought two boxes to the check out counter. I asked him what the items were and he said they were simply fountains that would spark and smoke in either a blue or pink color. I asked him if they were large fireworks (because the boxes seemed a little large) and explained to him that I couldn't shoot off fireworks where I live. He assured me it was merely smoke and a few small sparks from the fountain. I bought the product and went home and checked online to make sure it was just a smoke bomb prior to lighting it and getting in trouble. And it was indeed a large firework that would shoot up in the air. So I went back to the store to ask for a refund since I was sold the incorrect item. And they told me that there was absolutely nothing they could do and maybe I shouldn't be so trustworthy now on. The gentleman behind the counter then made the comment that my "wedding ring looked big enough that $30 wasn't going to break me". I've never been treated so poorly over a mistake that wasn't even my own. My suggestion is to go to a different store to buy your products. The staff isn't properly trained and they won't honor any mistake or take any measure whatsoever to help their customers. Terrible prices this year had to pay 55$ in west Virginia taxes just to buy their plus the taxes on the items I got and I will never go back got 2 half bags of fireworks for 150.00 and their rediculus taxes out the door 200.00 for 1almost full brown grocery bag of kids fireworks should have just stayed in PA... And they have a gimmick if you spend so much you get so much free it's definitely not free when you have to pay a crazy amount in WV taxes just to buy their not counting the taxes for the fireworks themselves so you get almost nothing better take your check book if you plan on going....they lost me as a costumer and will lose a lot more with...

This is a seriously cool place! The prices are great and the staff is very helpful. Me being the firework addicted dude I am, I felt like a kid in a candy store walking around in this store! So many canister shells, 200 gram cakes, 500 gram cakes, and so many other kinds of fireworks I couldn't fit them all in this review lol.

I will be back soon, especially in preparation for next years firework display! (Hopefully by then I can have some DR11 firework racks built so I can make some epic canister shell finales! :)
