TA Truck Service — Local services in West Finley Township

This place was okay at first only because of the few showers however they take advantage of Truckers everything is really expensive. Even the restaurant that's there it is very expensive for one meal. The store also have prepared meals which is $10.00 plus tax. I stop there 5 days a week, let's do the math. That's 11 times 5 which is $55 plus a fountain drink $3.00 x 5 = $15. Now chips same thin $15 a week plus other food, drink and necessities for my truck. Ever week I spend over $200 at this place, well not anymore I only stop for fuel now if I have to if not ill wait until I get somewhere else. However I will take a shower here. The bathroom well the whole store has a bad and I do mean really bad smell. The toilet area has no privacy unless your in a show. You can walk into the bathroom and see clearly clean through someone's private space and time. As far as fueling go. They allow the driver's to pull up to the pump get out go inside before pumping. This will take a half of an hour before they come back out to their truck to even start fueling and once they do they decide they want to clean their windows and take out trash. This process will leave you sitting behind a truck waiting to get to a pump for almost an hour. It shouldn't take that long. When know one is there it takes me 10 to 15mins to fuel and pull forward and then I go inside. If I know I'm going to be longer than 15 20mins I will find a place to park. The majority of the parking here is reserved parking only. Do yourself a favor miss this stop and go...

11/16/2023 Get ready for a rollercoaster if you come out here and get any service done to your truck and/or trailer. Came out here to do a mid trip inspection and full trip inspection since they were due. Called in and they said it would be a 1-2 hour wait. Got here and put my name on the list and we got to go ahead and put our truck in the bay. Waited a little bit for air filters which wasn’t an issue but somehow it’s 9 hours later and we are STILL waiting to do a DOT inspection for our tractor. You hardly see any technicians working on the trucks but you’ll see them having “constant meetings” in the back and they wonder why so many people are getting frustrated with them. I see why there’s no seating in the shop because they know they are going to take their precious time. If I go to another truck stop and get it done in two hours. Only reason why we are here is because it’s the only thing we got around here and thought we could get it done in time since it early in the day. I won’t make the mistake and come...

I m doing repairs at this place for 3 rd time in 2 monthc cause i m working local here, but as of now i m not going to be a customer at this shop thanks to this bad management!!! If owner of this place is reading those reviews i ll tell u one think sir , get rid of all these bad management and hire people who care more for drivers and their repairs !! This is extremely slow from the counter inside the shop and going to mechanics.. I dont know if these managers have anyone who is above them … Nobody normal will comeback to deal with 10+ waiting times for minor repairs every single time.. Time is money and i m not making money sitting in those bays waiting for lazy management to do something.. What managers of this shop are doing here ? Going in circles all day !
