Quest fitness center — Local services in West Frankfort

Tried to.cancel when the pandemic started...not allowed. Was closed due to pandemic temporarily. Was supposed to have a free month at end of membership due to closure. Still charged. I've never stepped foot into the gym since starting my membership. Was so relieved that my year was up of paying for nothing. Just took money out of my account again. Called and was informed that new membership is automatic! I signed up for 1 year. Not automatic renewal. have to go in to cancel.... per your reply.... payments were still taken out and the last month was to be added on free. I have all that info in my messenger. And yes more than one payment was returned.. but sent back through and all were paid. Nice trying to dis me on a returned payment...

I do not recommend. I had to call a million times before ever reaching anyone. Then I ask about the family membership and was told it included anyone in the house. They charged me $64.95 and it only includes 1 person. The tanning does not work, the woman’s sauna only works some of the time. another member came up to me the first day I walked in and said they was just waiting for their membership to run up so they could go back to the other gym in town. They charge $175 to cancel. I recommend calling other gyms. Also there are no guest...

An absolutely amazing gym with friendly staff. That's extremely knowledgeable about their operation. They have the most up to date gym in the area with tanning, saunas, daycare and the interactive personal training instruction on huge TVs! It's just amazing for the area and their rates are cheap and fair. I highly recommend...
