This had to have been the WORST experience I've ever had! It was never disclosed to me that the item I was trying to purchase would be USED. The delivery was set up for 1, and when they hadn't arrived by 1:15, I had to call THEM, to which they told me they had an urgent pick up they had to go to and would come to me next. That should have warranted a phone call. Then the item arrived in a very battered box, making it quite evident that the item was used. I refused the item. The delivery guy called the store and I was told they would track down a new item, but it could take 6-10 weeks and that I should just keep the used item until then. Then they had the audacity to tell me that the new item would cost more. Nowhere on their website does it differentiate between new and used or say that I would be reciveing a used item or that a new would cost more. So I refused the item and never signed paperwork. I was told they cant do refunds back to the card, so I had to come to the store to get a cash refund. The lady who helped me never said anything more than can I help you and here's your refund. Once im done i will never go their again. Judie & Laura could not have been sweeter, or more helpful...They really made us feel welcome, and, appreciated !
