they were terrible they had to fix it three times!!! my mom got furious and started yelling and at the waitress and she said sorry many times even tho it wasn’t her fault all i did was ordered a hamburger with ketchup and they kept putting cheese on it they did it took it back three times!! it this isn’t the first time that happened at the westfrankfort restraunt i am very upset with the sonic cause i love sonic with all my heart but i was probably there for 45 minutes please get it right just imagine giving someone a hamburger or whatever it might be and your algeric to it so please just get it right and if your algeric that would be bad for u just smelling it or something cause u could pass...

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but my visit on Saturday night was less than enjoyable Our burgers tasted liked they had been in a warmer for hours, the meat was dry and hard around the edges, and we even ordered them customized, one without ketchup, one without mustard, and they still came out like this. They should have been fresh burgers with our customizations. Also, our requested condiments were added in excess. My tots were long past fresh and tasted old, but they were still edible. Can't seem to get anyone to take my order they are so slow it was so frustrating that we left and found a new place to eat and it was amazing fast and extremely helpful kind plesent ppl this is probably the sixth time in two weeks we have just pulled out n left there are two sonics in sikeston MO.And both have been horrible but there's that one time you get something fresh and amazing n that's what makes ya come back welp it's there loss I have kids n lots of grandbabies that are normally with me n my love so I'd say they've lost about 4-5 hundred dollars in the past fue months just from us n we've seen others pulling away angry...
