We originally went into the store out of curiosity and were immediately impressed with the presentation and professionalism/friendliness of the staff. They were eager to explain how the system works, it’s functionality as well as it’s sustainability. It all makes perfect sense and the more we thought about it the more we were surprised no one else has come up something similar! We didn’t buy on the first visit but walked away impressed with a catalog in hand. After a few weeks of ruminating on it we went back and placed an order (5+7) and after participating in a scratch off ticket promotion, we got our covers for free. The purchase was still $3700 by the time we were done, certainly the most expensive couch we’ve ever purchased but the flexibility it offers, the ability to easily change covers if we do decide and the solid construction make this the last couch we should ever buy. My wife and I have been looking for a couch that would fit in our living room. So when my wife found Lovesac on the internet, and we watched the videos how the sactional worked we both knew that's what we needed for our small house. The Lovesac store employee's at Blue Back Square in West Hartford, CT. were helpful answering questions we had, and at picking out the Lovesac we wanted. Many different choices, from which way you want your sactional to look from the material for the seat covers, power hub, drink holders, storage seats. This is a versatile piece of furniture, seat covers are washable, and can't wait to get our Lovesac sactional. Thank you, Cienna and everyone at Lovesac for your help. I am disgusted and I haven’t even unwrapped the Lovesac. All sorts of personal information was taken at purchase time. I was told that I would be told when the delivery would be. I was told it would be 3 weeks. Yet I looked for notification early anyway. A week ago I received a message saying , How do you like our service?” I thought I will tell you when I get the product. A day later I left for a week. Today I arrived back and find the sofa stacked up outside my garage on the lawn and sand of the driveway. From the dirt on the boxes, they have been out there for a week. I’m lucky that my neighbors are honest! I looked over the text— no mention of arrival time. They are heavy boxes. I struggled to get them in the garage. Now I have to get them up 2 steps and down a flight of stairs. It has been wet here. I wonder if they are even salvageable....
