Refill Vintage — Local services in West Hartford

Chris and I checked out the West Hartford- Refill Vintage furniture and home decor store, which specializes in mid century, very cool & trendy 60’s, 70’s & 80’s vintage goodies! 🪩📀

📍Located at 485 Newpark Ave. W., Hartford, currently open 11 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays & Sunday’s. Located in the same building as New Park Brewing.

Refill Vintage is not just a furniture store, but it’s an experience. It starts at the entrance when you start walking through the commercial/industrial building, and continues as you make your way to their very special eclectic space. The store items included everything from leather, corduroy, velour, and polyester sofas & chairs, plenty of yellow, orange, and popular 70s colors, glass shelving, bureaus and credenza’s, and plenty of ceramic containers, lava lamps, trays, glasses, and wall hangings. 🪞🛋️🪑🖼️🍽️

With the 70s music playing in the background, you’ll be taken back to a time of yesteryear, when things were much simpler, easy, and fun. 💃🕺🪩 Owners, Sam & Dominica, were extremely friendly and helpful. 😊 We ended up finding a metal sunburst wall art🌞similar to one my father had in the 70s and 80s, that we certainly could not pass up. We've been fans of Refill Vintage since their days at Monger's Market. Thrilled they now have a dedicated space for their incredible wares and goodies. Every piece big and small, from a funky bit of glassware to a groovy couch is in glorious condition. And inventory is constantly fresh. Our house is furnished with many fine pieces from Refill that we genuinely cherish. Bonus, these folks are just genuinely really nice people. We love shopping here and talking vintage wares, too. Saving the best part for last -- the prices are deeply affordable. Love it...
