I was in need of purchasing flowers in a tight rush for my father's wake. I went to a couple of different places in town and called a few different places online but didn't like what they had to offer. They were too expensive and the items were a bit too small for their price. I stopped in and spoke with Mark, the Owner. We talked a little bit and I showed him some photos of what I wanted to have done and the price he offered was great. I had no idea where to start never having to order flowers for a wake before and he answered all of my questions and gave me advice on what types of flowers to choose and best colors and helped me decide. He was not pushy or demanding in any way. He made me feel completely comfortable with my choices and assured me that he would do whatever I wanted and guaranteed my satisfaction. He was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. When I walked into the funeral home 3 days later and saw the flowers, I was blown away!! The burial urn wreath was absolutely STUNNING!! The flowers were gorgeous and you can tell they were super fresh and I couldn't get over the size. It was incredibly beautiful. I had so many compliments on how gorgeous the flowers were. I also had a second basket made with 2 ribbons and that was just as beautiful. I could not get over the size of the basket and how full and beautiful the flowers were. He listened to everything that I told him and matched the vision in my head exactly. I could not have been happier with those flowers. Anytime I need flowers I will always go to see Mark. You can trust him with all your flower needs. I cannot thank him enough for the INCREDIBLE job that was done!! I recently ordered sympathy flowers, I chose the sapphire skies bouquet, and was told by Josh that he had no lilies at the time and would replace it with hydrangeas and everything else would be the same, I reiterated that I wanted to have the blue present, I also paid premium to have the bouquet fuller. The recipient received the flowers and sent me a picture, it looked nothing like the picture online even with the hydrangeas, there was a tinge of blue on two of the hydrangeas and did not look "premium at all." I called the florist back, spoke with Josh and expressed my concern and was told I would get a call back from the manager which I never did. I called back myself the next day and spoke with Josh yet again who spoke to the manager himself and calls me to say "we will order a full refund but we will need to retrieve the flowers back." I stated I am not looking for a full refund, a partial refund would be okay but was told that is not an option whatsoever. I am appalled to even hear such a thing especially when it's SYMPATHY FLOWERS. Who does/says such a thing? To make someone go thru the ordeal of having sympathy flowers being taken away from them is truly disgusting hence I was left with no choice but to make sure others don't make the same mistake I did when ordering with them. He replied,”go to Shoprite”. I continued to ask about the flowers, not realizing he was serious. He asked,” What do you want?! I can't help you”! I had a shocked look on my face bc he was beginning to yell at me. He then said,”Get out! I don't want your business or your money”! I asked what's the matter? Why are you angry with me?
